Welcome to St Mary’s, a small village school which is at the heart of our rural community
As a small school we are privileged to be able to offer small class sizes where each of our young learners can be nurtured to develop into respectful, compassionate citizens and where the curriculum will lead them to become motivated and independent, confident and resilient.
We want our school to be excellent – one which provides our pupils with an engaging curriculum to encourage their spiritual, moral, social and cultural growth and helps them aim for the best for themselves and each other.
We are fortunate to receive strong support, not only from the governing body which oversees the work of the school, guiding and giving time and expertise in what ever areas it can, but also from the PTA and Friends of St Mary’s who do so much to raise funds in order to help us enrich the curriculum and environment and through our strong links to the local Church.
